The programme gives you tailored, on-site 'in the business' support and advice, together with 'best practice' workshops, seminars and toolkits. You can also confidentially benchmark your business performance - see how you 'measure up' against the competition and best practice.
What's more, there is also a £2,500 subsidy, available to businesses on a first-come, first-served basis, to pay for the programme. Each participating business pays just a £99 + vat registration fee.
A previous programme with 70 small tourism businesses led to each business, on average, improving their profits by £31,000.
