Next Steps

  1. A member of the Hospitality and Leisure Manpower team will contact you to confirm your interest and take you through the Sign-Up process.
  2. Susie Brindley, your ETP Coach , will contact you to arrange a 1:1 Session and assist you in completing the Self-Assessment form and offer you advice on meeting the code of Good Practice standards.
  3. Two Workshops will be available to help ensure that you pass the Excellence Through People Accreditation
  4. Robin Mathams, your ETP Assessor, will arrange a time to meet you and assess whether you have achieved Good Practice or Best Practice
